[EN] Hello everyone, we have news:
We have finished receiving almost all the products to be able to start assembling the pledges and we are already moving forward. This does not mean that all the orders go away immediately since they need an important time of manipulation and packaging.
We will be doing partitions of shipments depending on the pledge and add-ons added. We can not confirm the order at this time or the time it will take. We keep our intention to deliver during the months of June and July but until we move forward we can not be more precise.
As we already mentioned, this would be done in a progressive way and within the possibilities of our company. We have even increased our staff to minimize the response time for these tasks. As always, we ask for a little patience and understanding because, as you know, the great success of the campaign has exceeded all our expectations.
During this week we will close the final delivery addresses to start shipping. Please, if someone has to change any address, this is the time to do it through the Backerkit platform.

Hemos terminado de recibir prácticamente todos los productos para poder empezar a ensamblar los pledge y ya estamos avanzando. Esto no significa que todos los pedidos salgan de inmediato puesto que necesitan un tiempo importante de manipulado y empaquetado.
Iremos haciendo particiones de envíos dependiendo del pledge y los add-ons añadidos. No podemos confirmar el orden en este momento ni el tiempo que tardaremos. Seguimos manteniendo la intención de entregar durante los meses de Junio y Julio pero hasta que no vayamos avanzando no podemos ser más precisos.
Como ya os comentamos, esto se haría de una manera progresiva y dentro de las posibilidades de nuestra empresa. Hemos incrementado incluso nuestro personal para poder minimizar al máximo el tiempo de respuesta para estas labores. Como siempre, os pedimos un poco de paciencia y comprensión ya que, como sabéis, el gran éxito de la campaña ha desbordado todas nuestras previsiones.
Durante esta semana cerraremos las direcciones definitivas de entrega para poder comenzar con los envíos. Por favor si alguno tiene que cambiar alguna dirección este es el momento de hacerlo a través de la plataforma Backerkit.

As planned, we are receiving during these weeks the different components of all the pledges.
We are at 80% in terms of receiving material. We already commented that some component suppliers had been overwhelmed by the sudden increase in orders due to the success of the campaign and that we had many unfilled surveys after the announced deadlines which made it difficult for us to count the components.
But despite these unforeseen events we hope to be able to start assembling this week and start shipping progressively as soon as possible.
As we already indicated, our intention, if all goes well, is to complete the deliveries during the months of May, June and July, so that before summer you can have your paints.
We work so that everything is on time and that's why we ask for a little patience.
This is not a pre-order but a funding campaign, which, as already indicated, may vary depending on the productive circumstances and the success of the campaign. In this case and thanks to your support, it has been a great success and for that reason everything expands in time. Thanks, again.
We have some pictures of the storage of paints, boxes and other accessories. We hope you can see that we are working hard on it and trust that Scale75 will be up to the task of quality and service, with all its backers.

Tal y como estaba previsto, estamos recibiendo durante estas semanas los diferentes componentes de todos los pledges.
Estamos al 80% en cuanto a la recepción de material. Ya os comentamos que algunos proveedores de componentes se habían visto desbordados por el aumento de los pedidos de manera repentina debido al éxito de la campaña y que teníamos muchas encuestas sin rellenar después de los plazos establecidos lo que nos dificultaba el recuento de componentes.
Pero a pesar de estos imprevistos esperamos estar en condiciones de poder empezar a ensamblar esta semana y empezar con los envíos de una manera progresiva cuanto antes.
Como ya os indicamos, nuestra intención, si todo va bien, es completar las entregas durante los meses de mayo, junio y julio, para que antes del verano dispongáis de vuestras pinturas.
Trabajamos para que todo esté a tiempo y por eso os pedimos un poco de paciencia.
Esto no se trata de una pre-order sino de una campaña de financiación, que como ya se indicaba, puede variar dependiendo de las circunstancias productivas y del éxito de la campaña. En este caso y gracias a vuestro apoyo, ha sido un gran éxito y por esa razón todo se dilata en el tiempo. De nuevo, gracias.

The production of our paints is running smoothly and all the necessary materials to complete all the pledges are already defined and ordered.
Many materials are already in our warehouses ready to be packaged and others are on the way.
However, due to reasons beyond our control, the deliveries will be delayed a bit.
The main reason for this delay has been the success obtained during the campaign and that has caused our suppliers to adjust their delivery terms.
Another reason has been the delay in closing many of the surveys (still 100 pending) and the large amount of add-on added in Backerkit.
As a result, it took more time than the expected to know the quantities to produce. We are very grateful for the success of the pledge manager as well.
Therefore, our intention is to start shipping at the end of this month of May, but being so many orders and some so complicated to configure, the shipments will be extended during the months of June and July.
It goes without saying that we want to apologize and we are sorry for this delay for some of our backers. We ask for a little patience and understanding, since the success has exceeded all our expectations.
In our thoughts is always to comply with the agreement and we are working very hard so that you have the product on your tables as soon as possible.

La producción de nuestras pinturas va viento en popa y ya están definidos y encargados todos los materiales necesarios para completar todos los pledge.
Muchos materiales ya están en nuestros almacenes listos para ser empaquetados y otros están de camino.
No obstante, y debido a motivos ajenos a nuestra voluntad, las entregas se van a retrasar un poco.
El motivo fundamental de este retraso ha sido el éxito obtenido durante la campaña y que ha provocado que nuestros proveedores tuvieran que re-adaptar sus plazos de entrega.
Otro motivo ha sido el retraso en el cierre de muchas de las encuestas (aún siguen sin cerrar unas 100) y la gran cantidad de add-on añadidos durante el Backerkit.
Esto ha provocado que conociéramos más tarde de lo previsto las cantidades a producir. Estamos super agradecidos del éxito del pledge manager también.
Por tanto, nuestra intención es empezar a enviar a final de este mes de Mayo, pero al ser tantos pedidos y tan complicados de configurar, las envíos se prolongarán durante el mes de junio y julio.
Vayan por delante nuestras disculpas y sentimos este retraso para algunos de nuestros patrocinadores. Os pedimos un poco de paciencia y comprensión, ya que el éxito obtenido ha desbordado todas nuestras previsiones.
En nuestro pensamiento esta siempre cumplir con lo pactado y estamos trabajando muy duro para que tengáis el producto en vuestras mesas lo antes posible.
