[EN] Hi all! As we said, today we are taking summer holidays and that means we won’t be able to reply messages or comments until September but this is a summary of the most asked topics:
> For the status of the orders please check this update. The list of finished sections has been picked up by the Courier trucks and are being processed so some of you may have not received yet the tracking info but you will.
> For problems with the tracking link, please read this update. We don’t have more information than the one that shows the tracking site.
> For parcels stuck in your country customs please call them, we’ve also been told that filling a claim from our side may even delay the delivery.
> For missing or faulty items, please send us a message and we’ll get back to you in September.
> Check this update for the Painting Guides.
> About the Discount Coupon, as we stated that it was non-cumulative with other offers and we’ve launched today the summer sales in www.scale75.com, you won’t be able to use it until they end.

[ES] Hola a todos. Como dijimos, hoy empezamos las vacaciones de verano y eso supone que no podremos responder mensajes ni comentarios hasta septiembre pero aquí tenéis un resumen de las preguntas más frecuentes:
> Para el estado de los pedidos, por favor leed esta actualización. El listado de seccione terminadas sido recogido por el camión de transporte y están siendo procesados así que puede que alguno aún no haya recibido su localizador pero lo hará en breve.
> Para problemas con el enlace del localizador, por favor leed esta actualización. No tenemos más información que la que aparece en la web de localización.
> Para paquetes parados en las aduanas de vuestro país, por favor llamadles, nos han dicho que incluso hacer una reclamación podría retrasar la entrega.
> Para partes que faltan o tienen defectos, por favor mandadnos un mensaje y os responderemos en septiembre.
> Leed esta actualización sobre las Guías de Pintura.
> En cuanto al Cupón de Descuento, como ya dijimos que no era acumulativo a otras promociones y hoy hemos lanzado las ofertas de verano en www.scale75.com, no podréis usarlo hasta que terminen.

[EN] Hi everyone:
As we announced in previous updates, we have met our expectations and all orders are packaged and palletized in our facilities.
They are currently ready so that this week the courier truck will pick them up and ship to the different destinations.
Throughout the week and as they ship you will receive the tracking number in your email.
The following sections are finished:
1.- YOU WANT IT ALL Without Add-On
2.- YOU WANT IT ALL With Add-On
3.- THE CHOSEN ONE Without Add-On
4.- FREESTYLER Without Add-On
5.- THE CHOSEN ONE With Add-On
6.- FREESTYLER With Add-On
7.- Pre-Orders
We still have to configure and send:
- Retailers (Will be sent in September)
- Those orders that did not meet the deadlines of the address configuration in Backerkit.
- Orders that had credit card issues and were charged later.
- Orders configured past the announced deadlines to add products.
- Orders with late modifications.
We will try to send all these remaining orders before August 9th, but we CANNOT ensure that we'll make it in that time. If we don't, they will have to be sent in September.
Our holidays period will be from August 9th to September 3rd. The company will remain fully closed. During these dates that many orders will be traveling to their destinations, we will NOT be able to help you with claims or enquiries about tracking. Please review the updates that we have been publishing regarding errors in the link (READ THIS) and keep in mind that we cannot be responsible for the retentions that some packages may suffer at your country customs despite complying with all the bureaucratic requirements. Once you get the tracking number, any questions about its status should be directed to your state postal service. Also, keep in mind that it may take 24h or so to get the status updated in the tracking site.
Normally there should not to be any problem but if there is an anomaly we will attend it in September. We hope you understand.
We want to thank once again all of you for participating in the campaign and your patience in getting your pledges.
It has been a hard work setting up and preparing everything but today we can say that according to the comments about the quality of the product it has been a success .

Como os anunciamos en actualizaciones anteriores, hemos cumplido con nuestras expectativas y todos los pedidos están empaquetados y paletizados en nuestras instalaciones.
Actualmente están preparados para que durante esta semana los camiones de Correos pasen a recogerlos y salgan hacia los diferentes destinos.
A lo largo de la semana y conforme salgan recibiréis el numero de seguimiento en vuestro mail.
Están terminados los siguientes tramos:
1.- YOU WANT IT ALL Without Add-On
2.- YOU WANT IT ALL With Add-On
3.- THE CHOSEN ONE Without Add-On
4.- FREESTYLER Without Add-On
5.- THE CHOSEN ONE With Add-On
6.- FREESTYLER With Add-On
7.- Pre-Orders
Quedan pendientes de configurar y enviar:
- Tiendas (Se enviarán en septiembre)
- Aquellos pedidos que no cumplieran los plazos del Backerkit de configuración de las direcciones.
- Pedidos que dieron fallos en las tarjetas de crédito y que fueron cobrados más tarde.
- Pedidos configurados fuera de los plazos anunciados para añadir productos.
- Pedidos con modificaciones tardías.
Todos estos pedidos que faltan intentaremos enviarlos antes del día 9 de Agosto, pero NO podemos asegurar que nos de tiempo. Si al final no llegamos tendrán que ser enviados en el mes de Septiembre.
Nuestro periodo de vacaciones será del día 9 de Agosto hasta el 3 de Septiembre. La empresa permanecerá totalmente cerrada. Durante estas fechas que muchos pedidos estarán viajando a sus destinos, NO podremos ayudaros en cuanto reclamaciones o consultas con el transporte. Revisad por favor las actualizaciones que hemos ido publicando en cuanto a errores en el enlace (LEED ESTO) y tened en cuenta que no podemos responsabilizarnos de las retenciones que puedan sufrir algunos paquetes en las aduanas, a pesar de cumplir todos los requisitos burocráticos. Una vez obtengáis el localizador, cualquier consulta sobre su estado deberíais dirigirla a vuestro servicio de correos estatal. Además, tened en cuenta que puede tardar hasta 24h en actualizarse el estado en la web de Correos.
En principio no tiene que haber ningún problema, pero si se produjera alguna anomalía, la atenderemos a partir del mes de Septiembre. Esperamos que lo entendáis.
Queremos agradecer una vez más a todos vosotros la participación en la campaña y vuestra paciencia en recibir vuestros pledges.
Ha sido una dura labor de configuración y preparación pero a día de hoy podemos decir que ha sido todo un éxito a nivel de comentarios en cuanto a la calidad del producto.
